Add leave for one employee Back to the Tasks page  
 


Applicable version :
3.008 and later

Click on the button to enter the User Module.

Click on the button to open the "Browse the Employee File" window. This window contains a list of all the employees in the employee file.

Select the employee for whom you wish to add leave.

Click on the button to open the "View leave" window. This window contains a calendar illustrating the selected employee's leave for the specified year. 

Click the right mouse button on the date for which you wish to add leave.

Click on the "Add" option on the popup menu to open the "Add a Leave Record" window.

                                                      

Set all necessary leave parameters and click on the button to add the leave record.
