Add payroll hours for one employee

Click on the button to enter the User Module.

Click on the button to open the "Browse the Employee File" window. This window contains a list of all the employees in the employee file.

Select an employee to whom you wish to add payroll hours.

Click on the button to open the "Browse the Employee Payroll Hours" window. This window contains a list of all the payroll hours records belonging to the selected employee. 

The "From Date" is the date from which the payroll hours are viewed and may be changed by clicking on the button and selecting a new date from the calendar provided.

                                     

Click on the button to open the "Add a Payroll Hours Record" window.

Set all necessary parameters and click on the button to add the payroll hours record.
