Tips
for upgrading to Version 3
Summary
:
Version 3 of
TNA 2000 introduces some major new technology into the TNA 2000 product
line, and also a number of new features and improvements. The sum total
of these improvements means that there are serveral items to note when
upgrading from version 1.x or 2.x to version 3.x

Version 3.00
or later.
Tips :

Several of
the Report functions changed to accommodate the new SITE fields. To
upgrade your reports run the File menu / Verify Data
option in the Report module.

Several of
the CapeClock clock and controller messages have changed. To update
the system use the File menu / Verify Data option in
the Hardware module. Then go to the Setup menu / Clock
Messages option. Choose Copy All. Change to the Controllers
tab and click on Copy All.

The main
Employees list can now be filtered on a group. Hence a new
"Quick Group" has been added to include all terminated
employees. Go to the Config module, Employee Setup, Group
Selections. Then click on Quick Generate, and select Generate
a group of all (including terminated) employees.
