TNA2000 Personal Module

Summary :

In version 3 there is an extra module – TNA2000 Personal Module. The Personal Module is a stand alone application which is accessed by a "clock" icon on the Intray.

It is distributed as part of the TNA2000 install.

The function of the Personal Module is to allow the user to add clockings and leave records for a selected employee, and either himself or someone in his department etc.

Requires :

Version 3.005 or later.


Configuration

1 Selecting an Employee:
A different employee may be selected by clicking on the icon or by selecting the "Employee Information" item within the "Query or Edit" menu.


2 Employee Leave Information :
The user may edit employee leave information by clicking on the icon or by selecting the "Leave Records" item within the "Query or Edit" menu.

Refer to the "Technical Bulletin 018" technical document for more information on employee leave.


3 Employee Clockings:
Employee clockings may be viewed by clicking on the icon or by selecting the "Clockings" item within the "Query or Edit" menu.

Clockings may be added in a variety of ways:

  • Click the right mouse button on the "clock" icon on the System Tray to restore the popup menu.

    Eg:

    Clockings may be added by selecting the "ClockIn" or ClockOut" menu options respectively.

  • "In" and "Out" clockings may be added by clicking on the and icons respectively, these icons are located on the toolbar in the main application frame.

  • The "ClockIn" and "ClockOut" submenu options within the "Tasks" menu option may also be used to add clockings.

  • Once the "Update Employee Clockings" window is open, the and buttons may be used to add clockings to the currently selected employee.


Direction Status of the Employee:
The direction status of the employee is portrayed by the colour of the "clock" icon on the Intray (Red: Out, Green: In).

The functionality of "add clocking" methods is dependent on the direction status of the employee

(In: All "in clocking" methods are disabled, Out: All "out clocking" methods are disabled).
